HOW DO I RESERVE A BOOTH FOR MY DATE/EVENT?
Throughout our site you will see an “Inquire Now” button. Simply click that button and give us the deets for your event. We will cross our fingers and toes that we are available for your event. Once we confirm that we are free, we will send you over a link via email that will give you the different packages to choose from. After you make that decision, you will secure your date via credit card. Once we’re 45 days out from your event, we will send over a link for you to choose the design your envisioning for your event. We will then take those details and create a custom photo template and other details. We will send you over a proof for you to check out and if it’s not perfect, we will send it back to our graphic designer for revisions.
HOW MUCH SPACE DOES THE PHOTO BOOTH NEED?
Our photo booths typically require a 10×10 space. We also ask that we are located near a power outlet, within 8 feet from the space. Our backdrops require minimum of 9 foot ceilings.
CAN WE USE THE PHOTO BOOTH OUTDOORS?
Yes, only our STAR Booth can be used outside. If you’re wanting to set up outside, we require a canopy. If there isn’t one available, we offer one to rent. This is also weather permitting. We highly recommend setting up indoors, typically the experience is better inside anyways.
HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN WE PRINT?
As many as you want. When we say unlimited, we mean UNLIMITED. Our photo booth attendants are trained to make sure everyone that takes a picture, gets a copy. If you have 9 people in a photo, then we will print out 9 copies.
HOW EASY IS THE PHOTO BOOTH TO USE?
We pride ourselves on using the best software that is available in the market. Once you are in front of the camera, you just tap the screen and pose! After the session is over, the attendant will take care of the rest. The best part is, our attendants are fully trained on the software so if there are any questions or concerns, they will be able to resolve quickly.
HOW WILL MY GUESTS GET THEIR PICTURES IF THERE ISN’T ANY PRINTING?
We pride ourselves on being user friendly and once the guest takes their pictures, they will be prompted to type their phone number in. They typically receive the pictures via text within 5 minutes. If they don’t want to type their phone number in, then we can email them the pictures.
WHAT IS AN “OPEN AIR” BOOTH?
Photo Booths in the past were in a small enclosure. Open Air Photo Booths are exactly as they sound. Open, inviting, and esthetically pleasing.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL AND IS THERE A TRAVELING FEE?
We don’t charge travel related fees as long as your no more than 30 miles outside of Kansas City. If you’re requesting us to come further, it’s best to just reach out to us and we can discuss what that would look like.
IS THERE ALWAYS A PHOTO BOOTH ATTENDANT FOR EVENTS?
Depending on the need, yes. We ALWAYS have an attendant for our IDOL and ICON Booths. As for the Star Booth, we typically just come set everything up and make sure everything is dialed in correctly. At the end of the rental time, we will come back and break everything down.
HOW SOON AFTER THE EVENT WILL WE RECIEVE ALL THE PICTURES TAKEN AT OUR EVENTS?
After your event concludes, we will send you over a file with ALL the photos taken from your event. These will be keepsakes for you to always cherish. We do ask that you save these somewhere safe as we delete all the photos after 180 days.
WHAT TYPE OF PROPS DO YOU PROVIDE?
Props are great and can add a fun element, but we honestly love minimal props. We supply props by request and use high quality curated props. We try to make sure props aren’t the main focal point and that your guests are the main attraction.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are! We carry a $1 million policy, so we are definitely covered. If your venue requires a COI for us to be at your event, please let us know and we will provide that.
